Yes it was a solely naval affair but whether that would be usefull in the game depends entirely on how the trading system works and what navies can do about it. And as far as i can think of it is also the only example of a purely naval war. (the other anglo dutch wars were laos fought in the colonies and with attempts on the Dutch mainland) I'm not sure how aing it to the game would improve it.
Yes, the 'and' should have been an 'or'... All I knew was that it was sometime before 1658...

As in said in the bilateral war thread. could be interesting have merchant wars (similar to the idea of capitan Frakas colonial wars) where thw countries fight just for 1 or 2 territories (very important for some products, as i said the alum in tolfa or smyrna)
