Hi! I've started my game as a life-seeded empire, but I wasn't able to find any other gaia worlds, despite the guarantied worlds is set to 2. To be exact, I have found one planet, but it is a Holy World of the Fallen empire.

Is it intended for a life-seeded to have only one planet at the early-game, or I just got unlucky?

Game version is 2.2.4

AFAIK, this is the intented behaviour. Life-seeded civic is more or less designed as an implementation of the One-Planet-Challenge (up until you can build habitat/ringworlds/terraform planets).

That being said, since 2.2 every planet can be colonized by every species, the penalty in amenities and upkeep being manageable if you take it into account.

You can use the unfixed SOL / GAIA Bug to get your guarunteed worlds as Gaia worlds though. You know: the one they "fixed" while making it worse D

Explanation: having sol starting system and life seeded makes your 2 guarunteed worlds to Gaia. Works only for Sol, Paradox was aware of it and decided to fix the issue that with a Sol Start the Gaia planet didnt had 25 tiles. Now it has 25 tiles and 2 guruanteed expansions. pdx classic i call that.
