Has anyone worked out exactly how liege levy works?
Especially in terms of vassal relationships more than 1 step down. Eg. does the levy laws of a count and his baron vassal's opinion of him affect how much troops you can raise from said count?
Or is it only affected by the count's opinion of the duke and the duke's levy laws.
