This happen for anyone else? Noticed it both in most recent release and previous.
If you are building a division template and include (for example) a Light Tank you built from a licensed design, the Division Designer does not include most of its stats in the summaries.
Saving and reopening the template does not help. It makes me nervous as if it is miscalculating the stats in the designer, does it use the same method behind the scenes when calculating the division strength in actual combat? You can see below that, while it registers there are 24 tanks (built from a license) required, there is no armor (among other things).
Now look how it thinks the template stats will change when I add another (licensed) light tank.
It seems to recognize some of the tank stats but not others. No change in soft attack, hard attack, breaththrough or armor? Lower piercing?
