This happen for anyone else? Noticed it both in most recent release and previous.

If you are building a division template and include (for example) a Light Tank you built from a licensed design, the Division Designer does not include most of its stats in the summaries.

Saving and reopening the template does not help. It makes me nervous as if it is miscalculating the stats in the designer, does it use the same method behind the scenes when calculating the division strength in actual combat? You can see below that, while it registers there are 24 tanks (built from a license) required, there is no armor (among other things).

Now look how it thinks the template stats will change when I add another (licensed) light tank.

It seems to recognize some of the tank stats but not others. No change in soft attack, hard attack, breaththrough or armor? Lower piercing?

I can't remember how licensing works but I do remember there was a bug that if you add a unit you personally haven't researched it got confused about the stats. So if you've only got great war tanks researched but not any official light tanks then when you add the unit it has nothing to compare the stats to (even though you have the licence and even a stock of them)

That's a wild ass guess tho.

Some of the stats (like HP and combat width) are intrinsic to the unit type, so they can always be shown. For others where the value depends on a specific variant (like soft attack) the division designer uses the latest version your country has researched.
The actual divisions will calculate their stats from whatever equipment they have, including licensed equipment.
