Victoria's LibrAARy has now been updated through February 16, 2008. As always, do the librAARian a favor and check your work to make sure I did it right. Report any errors here in this thread. There was a ton of work to look through so it's always possible I got something wrong.
And recall that we usually consider an AAR for inclusion into the librAARy after it has advanced past a page and/or a sufficient amount of material to warrant future reading. If you feel an error has been made here, please let me know as well.
