While playing as Egypt I split my levy into four different stacks... and Ptolemy was leading all four. Should be one of the two: able to pick sub commanders for your levies or unable to split them at all.
In addition, as some other threads have mentioned, there needs to be an option to give your monarch the option to lead a legion rather than the levy of your capital region.
That said, I have enjoyed my time with 2.0 thus far. Well done!
