Levy Calculation Question

In the screenshot above, my vassal's opinion (on the left) is +67
When mousing over the levies, you see the opinion modifier is +76.8
Can someone explain how this opinion modifier (the math) is derived?

If your were a chaste, charitable zealous crusader, at 100 opinion the right reverend Bishop will send you 100% of the levies required by law, or 70% of all the troops he can raise, or 259 troops.

If you were a possessed. lustful glutton, at -25 opinion the good reverend Bishop will send you the absolute minimum of his total levy based on your crown authority. Taking a calculated guess I think your kingdom's crown authority is at minimal, which has a minimum of 10% or 37 troops. Medium CA would have a minimum of 20% or 74 troops.

The troops he is actually sending you is extrapolated from the upper and lower limits based on where the vassal's opinion of you ranges between -25 and 100.

Available Percentage = Maximum (Minimum Levy Percentage, ((Opinion Toward Liege} + 25)/125) x Maximum Levy Percentage).
