Levitation Spell - Unable to target any units?

Hey guys -

Just wondering if I'm missing something here, but I just cast the Levitation spell and it's ready to cast, but I am unable to cast it on any targets. That is, the little "wand" icon stays grey, no matter what unit I put it over.

Anyone else see this? Am I missing something here?

Sometimes I find you have to zoom out and move the wand to a very particular place on the hex to get it active. More so I have to move the wand away and back to the hex to get it to show. Irritating. Have you tried to maneouvre the pointers about to see if you can get it to show correctly?
