Lebanon Syria Iraq Morocco Tunis all these countries don't have their own National ideas well the first 3 start with cores on mamluks and QQ but in 70% of my eu4 games i see either Syria or Iraq independent and beat up mamluks + qq i think at least Morocco and Tunis deserves one.

National Ideas, they currently have Arabic national ideas which i think they can change for specific ideas for Levant countries or just give each country its own ideas.
