I'm interested in the stories games create, and CKII is the Mother of Story Creators. I'll continue and convert the ongoing game into EUIV later on to create a really epic story. I've done EU3 in the past too.

You can search Twitch for CK2 videos. Most are not very entertaining though or simply too long in my opinion to watch them not live.
The official PDS ones are another matter. They are interesting in combination with a DLC/patch release.

Let me rephrase:
Is there a list like this one, on the forum and publicly visible and stickied, for Twitch?

I think the chat feature might make it work very well. People could ask live questions and get live answers.
