Sigismund III Vasa. As represented by your entry he's a king of Sweden, but he was also a king of Poland (elected 1587, he was a king until his death in 1632).

The troublesome uncle would be Duke Karl, who fought with Sigismund over control over Sweden, and eventually became Karl IX, king of Sweden.

Golden Horde was the very first country that I play in EU2. I can still remember my frustration after having played, and played, and played, waiting for a new monarch, and being stuck with this guy. I made my own list of monarchs for GH then. I can still remember when he ruled, though

And I'm quite surprised he gets such goods stats in EU1 - in EU2 it's one crappy monarch.
