The Poles did not want to meet them so much. But during the partitions, they started to think about it. The countries that wanted to win the most Slavs (no matter the reason) were Russia, Poland and Serbia.

It's against the developer's design-philosophy (no, I don't talk for them, but their comments on these things indicate it as such). You realize the difference between what Scandinavia, Italy and Germany formable decision is and your idea of a "Slavic Empire".
That within the Nordic countries there was multiple attempts to unite them under one empire, a Scandinavian Empire even and not Danish, Swedish nor Norwegian but Scandinavian. It never was successful though, neither in or outside the games timeframe.
Italy was maybe not a priority either but from what I know the Italians once were united under the Lombards before the games timeframe which leads me to assume that the Italians afterwards sought to unite the rich Italian mainland as this would probably if successful led to a great super power (even if I doubt it would be very stable).
Germany while not sought for, had the German confederation created just after the games timeframe. Which makes it reasonable to assume that it could've been possible to establish earlier had the Prussians and other nations decided to do so.

Meanwhile I know of no such attempts by the Slavs so I find the idea of a Slavic Empire ahistorical at best and ahistorical enough that it is unreasonable to a assume it would've happened within the games timeframe.

I do agree on an empire or fomrable for the south slavic nations

But i do disagree on the name Illyria had no importance beyond historical curiosity and yugoslavia not a thing instead I would suggest it be refered to as verity of Rome and require constantinople I mena you can't tell me that every balkan prince didn't dream of beign crowned ceasar of rome in constantinople one of the holiest places in christendom

Also, I don't know of any such attempts besides Russia's panslavism towards the end of the timeframe.

My idea is the formal decision to create the Slav Empire. It would be possible to create them if one were to acquire specific provinces (eg, Moscow, Cracow, and Belgrade).

No way anyone would have united us under one banner. Terrain + Ottoblob + Austria + cultural differences + our ability to hate anyone and anything + language and cultural differences = no unified empire.

Also, I don't know of any such attempts besides Russia's panslavism towards the end of the timeframe.

We will do so that this formal decision to establish the Slav Empire will be possible only when some Slavic country develops absolutism, and to do so, one should acquire provinces with the capitals of these states. The advantage of the creation would be: prestige, shorter time to create land units, more recruits, lower construction costs and acceptance of all cultures from cultural groups - Slavic Western, Slavic South and Slavic Eastern.

That doesn't really answer anything.
There were still no attempt during, before or just after the timeframe to create a Slav Empire.
Even if ahistorical situations happen in the game this decision doesn't really add much to the game and more importantly have no real ground to stand on.
It's entirely fictional.

It isn't like forming the Roman Empire which you could argue that maybe pre-16th century some people could maybe claim to be descendants of and even if you form it you're in a position where most neighbors either don't care or don't dare to question your attempt to form it.

None of the slavic states wanted to unite the other under one banner as far as I'm aware and based on the responses you've gotten on this it seems that I'm not wrong.
You probably have to use a few facts and look up more information on more realistic formable nations for the slavic people.

The majority of Pomeranians had already been germanized by 1444. Same with lower Silesia as a result of the Ostsiedlung.

That doesn't really matter though, since making Pomeranian West Slavic would simply be wrong for that time frame. I can understand the case made for Silesia being a sole culture and in the West Slavic group due to long Piast rule, Upper Silesia being inhabited by slavs, Silesia existing as a single country (which is an abstraction, since Silesia was divided among several duchies) and thus probably having problems if Glogau and Breslau were made Saxon or whatever. But Pomeranian shouldn't be West Slavic at all.

By the way, I've added Slovene, Sorbian and Kashubian in my personal mod, so it's not like I'm disregarding them here.
