I'm currently going through a pretty sick France game in EU4 Domination and I've beat up... pretty much Europe twice now. I PUed Aragon and Castile early, got Milan and Naples, and ate Britain. My ideas are offensive influence quality and admin. I don't like my economy though and I'm considering a restart once I hit the funny Declaratio something or other button. In my next run, I was planning kill HRE/side with Pope. If I wanted to min-max my troops and get to stackingviping the Turks, how would y'all recommend that?

Whenever I want early game space marines with a country that doesn't have particularly good buffs, my go-to is always Quality - Economic - Offensive. Combined with a discipline advisor, you have 120% discipline (as France that would be 125%), and no AI nation stands a chance against that.
