This is brilliant. I'll give it a go for sure - though when I don't know. Whenever my schedule allows.
As far as I know, no. Should be fixed next patch though (or possible the patch that is currently in beta might have that fix in it when it actualy goes live, but as far as I know doesn't have it right now)Hadn't it been fixed yet?

tmit, you are really good at setting campaign goals for yourself.
The OP 'nation' discovery combined with a variation of campaign goals might lead to very different maps in the end...
I consider it unforgivable that in 1.12 that Africa doesn't have a -core cost formableIn contrast to Europe (several, including Italy, BYZ, Prussia, Poland) and Asia (Mughals), Africa doesn't have any really attractive formable nations. For some reason, you can re-form Morocco or Tunis, Arabia if you want to drift or start as Mamluks...and nothing else.

Nothing, as usual.Geez, whatever happened to Russia?
So are reforming and westernising independent of each other if you're a tribal govenment? In that case maybe I won't reform. The slopshod conquest continues:

Last I left off I was ADM 2. I westernized at 2/3/9 but teched 2/5/10 after it finished. It's been a hard deal mercing out on the Iberians and sitting on level 1 advisors mostly, but I've added a higher ADM guy now. The Ottomans are scary and annoyingly I couldn't do Iberian invasion yet because France hated me. Recently I noticed something strange; Aragon is free from union and rivaling Castile. If I dump Portugal as a rival, I can ally Aragon. Aragon will join a war vs Castile, their rival, even at defensive. I'm sure you know how that will end!
Meanwhile while teching to ADM 5 I hit DIP 7 and just stayed there with my 275 range while filling out Influence. I have repeatedly hosed Portugal with claims/sneak landings/subsidies to CN. The ultimate outcome is that I have two large CNs despite no colonists. Both are large enough to colonize without subsidies now, though they need a little bit of rebel babysitting still (1-2 more rebel rounds). Brazil came out with only Expansion ideas, La Plata had enough in plutocratic to have 3% missionary strength NI so they're progressing a little better.
Unfortunately for me, this is one of those strong Ottoman games. Well, I got lucky in Iberia, can't have everything I guess. Religious is opened for now, I didn't want to fill that out pre-adm efficiency but I'm behind in everything so I took that for the events mostly. I will probably grab deus vult because of how early/good it is though before going ADM 17.
England has wisely been ducking me entirely, not allying any potential target of mine nor colonizing remotely near me. I'll catch up with them eventually. East Africa is fast other than Ottomans, and I don't have range just yet but will soon.
