I'm tired of this awful automated job system, it never assigns specialized pops to the jobs their specialized FOR! I have robots literally made for Energy Production, but no matter my best efforts, the game keeps putting them in literally any job BUT Energy Technician! So now I have to redesign my entire robot workforce to just be as basic and unhelpful as possible because they're never going to get assigned correctly. I understand once your like 10+ planets in you're probably not gonna wanna bother with job assignments, and that's a fair point, keep (but please improve in the future) the system you have. But just let me click and drag pops into jobs in addition to this, that don't get overwritten 5 seconds later by the job algorithm. By the time your at 10 planets, specialized pops don't even matter anymore unless you just want complete overkill production, but I would argue it's crucial in the early game depending on difficulty, who spawned next to you etc.
