let us accept cultures in un-stated lands

thats stupid I am playing as mamluks but cant accept cultures because they are not stated but I have 4 more slots to accept them XD

Then state them ? :3 With the +2 admin from rulers you should have enough point to do it. Even if it means being a bit late in teching up it's worth to make all your juicy land full cored especially if you can accept their culture

you don't have enough state slots available

you start the game allready being well over your state limit

Don't think admin is the problem. I'm guessing op doesn't have any states left to state.

Yeah, Max Prom Cultures + min 20 state dev + state limit are really a dumper to accepting cultures... i rarlely accept more than 1 or 2, since you don't get it statet the first 200y anyway... only viable for late game hyper blobbing.

I just convert any unaccepted culture i want to state later, so i get the benefits of accepted culture in a time frame where it still matters ^^
->I take Religious over Humanism anyways...

yea thats problem I cant state all lands and I am ok even with %75 autonamy culture lands

I think I gonna turnaround this by stating them and unstating after accepting culture XD

I did too... but mamluk goverment has +4 culture acceptence

But you can....

State the relavant areas such that you have >= 20 dev of that culture

Then accept it

Then unstate it.

Obviously you don't want to do this if you have full cores from a vassal integration or if it's land you started the game with.

yea I know but its stupid :/ You must play game with what you offer not buy turning around things and cheesing game mechanics

Yeah. The fact that you can accept culture via that tiny trick shows that is should really work independent of states... Would also be better as indicator of how much of a culture you actually have in your country.
