As the title says, Instead of generating the name of Republic Presidents from the primary culture name pool only, generate it from names of all accepted cultures. This would add some nice bit of flavor to accepted cultures. I like to imagine how contemporaries would see my EU4 playthroughs unfold, and it's cool to think about the Hansa electing their first Danish stadtholder or whatever.
It's already being done that way for advisors (I think the code handles it by pulling advisors from a specific province and assigning them the province culture), and it's quite cool to see a giant Empire have an Italian statesman, an Uzbek commandant and an Ethiopian Master of Mint, although I think advisors are not limited to accepted cultures only.
It'd be cool to have the same for diplomats, merchants, generals, admirals etc. as well, to the extent that they're not hardcoded at the start of the game (I don't think your diplomat names ever change).
