Let players choose title terminology

Long story short, I'd like the player to be able to customize the nomenclature applied to titles within their realm. You can already choose to rename titles (choose the title's name and adjective), so I propose this feature'd be extended so that the player can also choose the title of the holder (eg. I might want a certain territory to be ruled by a Grand Prince rather than a King, or an Archduke or similar) and the long form name of the title (so I could have the title be an Archduchy led by an Archduke, or whatever tickles my fancy).

I would also appreciate a tickbox for overriding dynastic title naming used by some cultures.

This would go neat with deeper cultures as well. Not sure how but doing something like a custom culture or culture merger to create a new thing complete with titles would be awesome

Not just this, I'm kinda sick of having to know every cultural name for the council positions and knights so that I don't waste my time trying to recruit the court chaplains into my court. Having an option to use a standardized name for those positions would be welcome since PDX isn't interested in putting a tooltip on them everywhere they are used.
