We all know these things.
Someone you actually do not want to fuck with, happens to be in possession of a piece of land you really really need, and you have land that you don't actually need or want which could interest him.
So, why not say:"Hey, I kinda want your province, why not swap it with these provinces?"
Then the AI would check if the value of the provinces is in his favor, influenced by (Is it an Exclave, is the province better, is it in my de-jure territory, do I like the character that wants to trade with me, is it a relative, is it not part of my capital duchy, etc.)and if he likes it, we can just exchange the provinces.
