I just want to say that I'm out, of this game and all other multiplayer games too. If people doesnt show up it's not possible to continue games and therefor long term games are impossible. I have never participated in one that works and I give up now. I've had enough of this shit. This was a test game. A test to see if EU2 was ready for long term mp or if it still lagged too much. I found out that the lag had been changed but that another thing had changed too. The players.
I'm really dissappointed.
Just my humble opinion, please feel free to contact me if you need a sub but I will not play mp long term as regular again ever.

i suggest you try 1 more weekend , flamey , if you ask arround on icq and forum a couple days ahead of the game i think we should be able to have enough people to continiu
Just wanted to add to this. I played and subbed for Flamey as France for this Friday session.
Flamey don't get too mad at me, but you have a fair bit of income going to loans. Those loans were given to France by the Ottoman Empire for a massive war that happenned. With the cash loaned by the Ottoman's and the cash given by England to France. France used every penny to fight a massive war against Austria, Spain and Venice. In the end 4 provinces were taken from Austria and a stalement against Spain basically forced peace on all warring parties.
As to Austria, there isn't much left of Austria now. I think they are down to 4 provinces. They lost 4 to France, 3 to the Ottoman's, 9 to England, 1 to Brandenburg, and 2 to Venice. They also had Bohemia break away with 3 provinces, Bavaria, Hessen, and Saxony broke away with 1 province each. I guess you've already figured this out, Austria's government collasped.
I want to stress that this was never our intention to let Austria be destroyed this way. Warmonger who played Austria played them very poorly. What truly is sad is players who SUB for another player but don't take the responsability for their play and not play for the long term. Not play to keep a nation intact. Instead we witnessed a player who drove his nation that he was Subbing for to the ground.
I simply do not understand the reasons for the actions done by Warmonger. Warmonger basically destroyed Austria in one session and made them unplayable as well. Something I have very rarely ever seen happen in a MP game. Austria was NOT his nation, nor was it his right to decide if Austria should be broken up or destroyed. Yet the mindset and the ability was VERY lacking and I am utterly disappointed that a player like this cared so little when it came to subbing for a nation.
If Pibe is coming back from his hiatus, then he would be truly disappointed to see what happenned to his nation. I think players like Warmonger need to realize that if they ever want to join a major MP game in progress, they had better start maturing their playstyle and be alot more responsable to the nation's they play.
One last thing, I had France goto war on China in the last few years of the session, but before I could take any lands, China's government collasped. France is still well positioned to strike into China, with 20 thousand troops in Shanghai which I left their when a white peace was forced on me, and another 60 thousand in Japan.

the next austria player needs to dow me(england) and he wil get those german provs back i got , warmonger screwed up bad as austria and i doubt i wil ever ask him again to sub ,
i triggered the bohemian inheritance event so bohemia is once again part of austria. I gave tyrol back to austria from venice. I edited austria a large sum of money to cover the intrest on the loans it has out and edited the inflation from 200 to 10, so austria should be playable again.
heh, wow, Austria was destroyed, don't worry Duma, I figured something like that would happend after my leaving.
Hope everyone is having fun after all. Besides I'm proud of people like Drake who made a great effort to continue this game. Try to keep the interest.
for the ones who want to know when I can play again I have to say that it's impossible for now, I'm afraid. Medicine isn't easy and I'm having lots of things to do everyday. Moreover I'm living to Madrid now and I don't have permanent connection. I'll have to wait until christmas eve for sure.

sorry that i couldn't lake it last session but my computer crasht like 4houres before the session and it stil not fixed , i'm temppery using another comp with 56k and stil don't got icq back , i hope its fixed by next session

I guess you`ve used a bit editted scenario with unusual describtion, i found in savefile : "AUS_GC_HISTDESC" instead of "AUS_DESC". Selfcreated countries like Russia have usual describtion file..
Also Denmark and Venice had spanish desciption file, this messed up stats at first, lol, there were three spains :rofl:
As to Venice playing, i played for it less than 10 years, and my goal was to increase income. Trade was growed from 30 ducats/month to 120. I finished 8th trade level and put everything to land tech.
