Hello! I am a Russian modder, and currently I doing new mod for Victoria - "Legacy of Napolein Bonapart". This mod should answer the question "What will be if Napoleon win the Napoleonic wars?"
At this moment our work language is Russian. But, if anybody English-speaking want to work with us...

There was another mod in development that now seems to be dead. Perhaps you could contact the guys working on it and borrow anything you like.
