Learning NSB upon USA testbed .

I've been away from the Game, waiting for some of the dust to settle, and figure out how the new stuff works : Supply, Rail, Hubs, Terrain & Combat Width ; and how it all meshes together .
Here's a country to try out my screw-ups and Oopsies while I get my act together; without foes butting in ...

USA is a good choice, of course - at the earliest, You will be at war in 1940, if You choose war goal against Japan, when Panay incident is happen. You have enough resources (army, fleet, advisors, etc) to learn, how new doctrines and officer corp work, and You will be fighting in differential terrain - my favorite tactic for democratics USA is protecting Africa, naval invasion on Italy and open another front via D-Day.
But here You will be not fighting probably in terrain with bad supply. German Reich is pretty good country for a start with NSB, Italy as well, if You want to go aggresive for restoration roman ambitions

How many 'screens' are needed to cover a convoy from A to B ?
