Funny you mention Kassel, not once in any of my games as Prussia did Kassel fall. It always managed to withstand any siege... Wish that was the case for all the rest of my towns
I am not afraid. You probably know that by 1760 the janissaries are not really elite anymore. But I guess any reason to keep the janissaries as far as possible from the Topkapi is good
