so i just managed to have the war in Heaven trigger and was chosen to lead the league, is there an actual federation that's formed when the league is created? Because I haven't seen any federation or status saying I was in the league.
(Also as a side note : is the fact AE able to steal my vassal normal and WAD? I lost all vassal and tributary to the AE. As I was playing a domination game trying to take advantage of the new tradition I'm a bit miffed
