At start Cassander still has subjects among the city states in Greece if that is what you mean. Others are loyal to the Antigonids since Demetrius landed in Greece. The Peleponese is mostly independent since the recent developments there and the disappearance of Polyperchon.
The real League of Corinth was long gone by then though and having it be anything but Macedonian subjects would be wrong to history I'd say.

I'm not talking about Cassander, I'm saying that Demetrius revived the League of Corinth against Cassander when he went to Greece as you mentioned here, the league that Demetrius was its commander of, was the same League of Corinth. And also shouldn't the city of Corinth (Korinthos in the game) belong to Phrygia since Demetrius took it and was proclaimed the protector of Greeks (Supreme commander of the League of Corinth) in that city?

At start Corinth is still held by Prepelaus who is in the service of Cassander :)

Taking Corinth and holding on to certain important things you start in control of is how Phrygia can escape problems on Antigonus death btw ;)
