Maybe you should look at Steam's community hub and see how few people play this game compared to their other, newer products. It's all about allocation of resources. Paradox will not, and should not devote as much time if not more on this game as they do with CKII and EUIV, when only a small fraction of people play this game compared to the others. Besides, this game is old. What possibly led you to expect weekly updates? I mean, what brought this on? Why are you suddenly blasting Paradox now, for a game that is not the least bit new?

I really doubt that steam numbers are useful here, considering that only a fraction of the players are using the steam version.
