What does flanker do? Am I right to assume it changes defense, attack and moral value of your units when used in flank by 20%?
And winter warrior, terrain leaders, etc, does the same?
Also does moral value of your units impact only moral damage you receive but does not Impact moral damage you cause?

These bonuses are only applied to defense and attack.

Also does moral value of your units impact only moral damage you receive but does not Impact moral damage you cause?
Morale is used to determine wether your army gets routed and is the pool of your enitre flanks units morale. 1 killed unit is 6 moraledamage and is not affected by the morale value of your units.

So, let's use Unyielding and Holy Warrior as example:
Uny gives 20% defense, 10% moral damage
Holy gives -10% damage, 10% moral defense

Can I translate it into (with 0 martial, same religion opponent):
Uny increases all units defense by 20%. Uny makes one killed enemy worth 6.6 not 6 moraledamage.
Holy decreases all units attack by 10%. Holy makes one killed own man worth 5.4 not 6 moraldamage? Lets ignore religious enemies.

Yes. Do note however each point in Martial increases flankdamage by 5%.

Kind of. Damage is not a modifier to the base attack value of a unit. Instead it uses the value after all attack modifiers are applied. Which means positive/negative damage modifiers have a larger impact.

Im not entirely sure though, but damage and attack are two different values in the game.

I personally always go organizer/siege expert on my characters, since those traits are just to good. Both save you time, the one thing that is truly random in ck2. I cannot count the times where I would have missed my enemies point of weakness just because I was in another war, yet these two traits lowered the war time, allowing me access to more points of opportunity.

Kind of. Damage is not a modifier to the base attack value of a unit. Instead it uses the value after all attack modifiers are applied. Which means positive/negative damage modifiers have a larger impact.

I guess then it depends on whether all damage can be calculated as attack multiplied/divided by modifier(s). If yes, then it does not matter if it is additionally 1.1 multiplied before or after. If no (damage is not Linear from attack Or there is damage constant unimpacted by attack) then it matters.

P.s. also I found some contradictionary info, for example, apparently Unit Type Leaders do not work at all or did not work in 2013.

I just ran a test to check wether the Unit type leaders do work or not.

Looks like the modifiers are not working.
Edit: Though this is not a big samplesize at all and the recieved casulties do indicate something is different, however this might also just be related to tactics.

Even got aggressive leader during combat aswell.

Edit: I ran another test with a Knight retinue and +1000% cavalry leader. I won the battle, however damage values remained the same ~1600.

Apparently those traits DO NOT work.
How about adding holy warrior with insane 1000% vs normal 30% and give different religion to your char? Just to check

Edit: or inspiring leader normal and 1000-ish, since then you dont need to change religion.

I know that Organizer, at least in terms of movement speed, is working normally. I assume the supply boost for Winter Soldier is fine as well so I guess this is limited to in-combat bonuses.
