Is there a leader thread with pics/paintings I can work on... Nah more seriously,will an EU2 game be ablo to load into this?

I think if EUII could load in it would be on the Paradox site with the Victoria description.

It would be nice though from CK to EU2 to Victoria..very very nice,but I do see a problem with the different maps so I guess not.

But will there be a leaderfile as in HOI?

I don't know wether or not it will be the same sytem. Paradox has used two different systems to date: the EU II and the HOI systems... Don't know on which one the choice will fall.

Judging from the descrition of military units the engine will be closer to HOI.


This just underlines the importance of producing EU III to create a consistent platform so that we can play from 1066 to 1920!

On the Paradox home page it says right next to a huge Victoria

"Coming this fall!
The next game in the award winning EU Engine series."

So its the EU engine, so the leader system will probably be enhanced from there, but modeled as EUII.

Yep - the more detailed leaders in HoI are pretty cool - adds a lot of flavour!
We might not need quite as many as in HoI but the community will most likely go berserc with mods and new leader files
