leaders in the game

Leaders are based on history... but if the nation's history ended before 1792. (like Teutonic knigts- wiped out of history in 1559- during Livonian war). If i try to play them, does it mean that there will be no more leaders from 1559? (if there are any at all).
Or is there any random leader possibility as well?

a) National histories don't just 'END', even with regards to the extinguishing of Poland-Lithuania in the partitions they still had leaders, one of the major examples I can think of.

b) Teutonic Order continued to exist (in part at least) far past the Livonian War. Their later 'generations', served as soldiers and officers in the armies of Sweden, the Commonwealth and even Russia as well as Prussia then Brandenburg Prussia.

c) We have as many leaders as possible, adding all that we know (as long as game balance isn't affected), in this regard Paradox is supporting Doomies minor leader project, for any that are missing. I believe some additional leaders have been added for the Order from what I recall, quite recently.

Yes, if there is no historical leader available, you'll get a random one.
Random generals donot have great stats though

Yes, they did. Livonian nobility had high infulence in Russian court. But shouldn't their leaders be Russian/Swedish/Polish then?
