OK dumb question time from the guy who knows nothing about how to code the leaders.
Is it possible to add further leaders to the list's once they are coded...... and you can all stop smirkin at my lack of knowledge

Yeah you can, but I don't know how easy it is. And those are grand Russian lists, that really helps our progress!

I'm almost finished coding the swedish minister file, photos included (just so no one else starts working on that one).

Estimate that it will be posted this weekend.

It's actually incredibly easy! Just as long as there are still ID's left in the ID range

The Soviet file in HOI 1.05c is 600 entries, so don't worry - you are still far from reaching it with Russia

Maby I missed this in some thread, but should the minister pics follow HOI pic standard?

The ones I have for coded minister files are:

35 x 50 pixels
3kb size
indexed 256 colors

They are not supposed to be in b/w are they?
