Leader trait mod?

I thought I read in a prior thread that someone had created a mod that allowed you to tell what traits a leader had (e.g., offensive doctrine, trickster) when you're in the leader selection menu. But I can't find the thread. Does such a thing exist? If so, does anyone know where I can find it?
