They have full IC takeover, and full research takeover; so why not leader takeover? Does any mod exist possibly using events, or script I like historical accuracy and everything; but I love the game engine and am looking for more of "gamey arcadish" experience. I understand if this might be an "impossible" task as it would take some work obviously, any modder's ever try anything like this? Looking for more flavor for minor nations; and puppets just for some depth and immersion. ( And like I said a more "arcadish style" of gameplay.) Let me know if this is anything the modding community has ever pondered??

The only way I know of to do that would be to copy paste every leader into every leader file than go through code etc. to have the leaders only be inherited through events. Thousands of events. Also to be honest only a few people would want this. It really doesn't make any sense. I know the're "mods" which are just for example "Swedish leader pack" etc. if they don't have alot of leaders. Though you can custom make them for any country its not that hard. All you need is Notepad.
