Then the player would only know the style of the advisor, without know how efficient is it. It will keep a bit a human touch, obviously a lot of advisor was controversial.
The player would only see the indirect effect of the advisor/leader, like events, and may request evaluation/secret report about the advisor/leader. if immediatly it will be expensive and not accurate, after 5 year cheap and accurate.
It is boring to be able to choose so easily between a 5 stars guys or 1 star.
