leader ratios

Does anyone know what the leader ratios are in Doomsday? i.e. how many FMs, Generals, etc. per army size. Or does anyone know where I can find the game file that sets them?

Were you asking for the command limits, or how many generals of each rank each country gets? I don't think I understood that part.

The command limits:

FM - 12
Gen - 9
Lt. Gen - 3
Mj. Gen - 1

If you wanted to change them, look in your main HoI directory, under db/misc.txt

I was asking how many generals of each rank one gets - I know it's based on the how many units you have, I just don't know the actual ratios. I remember someone had worked this out a while back (probably Blue Emu, but I can't say for sure), but I don't have a link to the old post.
