they look very good, can you do a few leaders listed on the 1919-33 mods leader thread...i have a fair few pictures of leaders on there, could you have a look and see if you could do some? obviously, you'd have to test them out...i can't at the moment...but they are looking good! Also there are some Chinese warlords on the East Asia section that might be made into some good leader pics..
