Leader Pic's? Please help!

Where can I find that graphical update with all the new leader/minister/propaganda pictures? I found Vulture's thread, but the download link wasn't there... Is there any way I can find those pcitures before their next update, whenever that might be?

What (generally) does the new leader pack include?

New leaders for Majors?

Expanded photos for existing leaders?

New leaders for Minors?

Amended stats/ranks for existing leaders?

Well, maybe I should follow the threads (if any) about these upgrades. Leaders are kinda of a bete noir for me in either vanilla or C.O.R.E. Thanks for the answer birch23.
