I've not found anything in the manual or in a thread on Leader Loyalty (OK now someone is going to give me a page number
o ). It seems to be in the leader files, but does anyone know what it does.

No. It has nothing to do with loyalty. The problem exist because the allies still maintain control of their units instead of completely surrendering the command.smellymummy said:allies under military control sometimes will disobey orders, does that have something to do with it?
Jaeger74 said:In Victoria leaders had different effects on units revolt risk. Maybe loyalty is a leftover variable from there???

Loyalty, to the best of my knowledge, plays no role whatsoever in HOI.
