Leader fix for Time patch

Hi,

I don't seem to be able to search the forum, so I'll ask here.
I have used the extended time patch for HOI2 but my best generals don't make it that long. Their used to be a patch in circulation on this forum that changed all leaders end-dates to 1980 or something like that. Can someone tell me if I can still get hold of it here?

It's been a long time, but I hope someone can help me out,
