Leader deaths

There seem to be at least 2 leaders that were executed in 1946 in the Nürnberg trial. These leaders just shouldn't die if Germany is not defeated. There really needs to be a setting where deaths can be switched on and off, or at least more complex trigger than just the right year (if these already exist in the game then never mind).

There is no such setting, or any way you can affect the death year of a leader other than modding the leader files.
