What skills to they lose and by how much? Never heard of this before. Your troops do lose morale (for details see the link in my sig).

Someone told me in another thread. When I played as Timurid I went bankrupt, and after that my monarchs was really bad, so it makes sense

So you are talking about Monarch not leaders then.
If this is the case when you get a new Monarch things should be fine.

Yeah, I must admit I haven´t given it a fair chance, perhaps. The few times I´ve tried, the game has become incredibly dull by 1500.

You know, just cause of this I think I´ll give ít a shot tonight. Probably all night.:D :D

If you want a little bit extra challenge at the begining , become Spain as Aragon. It has long term advanages of Culture but you do not get the CB shields.

On the other hand I'm sh*t hot at grammar and would like to point out that you really mean "alternative" history not "alternate".
Thank you.
;)

I was using "board grammar". :D
Do a search and you will find out what I mean. If you want people to comprehend, you must speak (or write) to them on their own level :D ;)

What is the point of being the power behind the throne if not to blame the figurehead when things go wrong. That is the whole point. Plans go wrong, you blame one guy and grab the next in line. :)
