from what is law cost deducted? in law file you can see "cost = 0.5" for example. in game it can go into hundreds of money for law to change. anyone figured out from what is cost of law deducted? some mix of IC, mapower, leadership? i couldnt get any general equation from numbers.

well, i found that when i enable certain laws, price of another laws is reduced. industry mobilisation laws reduced price of others by 40% or so.
