Launching the Game Failed (Just started happening in my almost 1k hours)

I have had this problem for a bit now. Every now and again my hoi4 will launch correctly but 3/4 times it will give me this problem.

I have tried all of these solutions:
Ran dowser as an admin
Restarted my Computer
Added hoi4 to the exceptions list through windows defender
Uninstalled and reinstalled (a lot)
Uninstalled all my addons
Uninstalled all of my hoi4 files on my computer (that I know of)
Cleared my user directory
Verified on steam ( i am on Husky 1.9.3)

Kinda want this to be fixed cause i want to play hoi4

I am having the same problem without any previous issues with the game. I also tries the exact same solutions that Ndtank did, with no success whatsoever. Can we please have an answer, because when I tried to contact paradox support, I received an email telling me to check for solutions here....

You both need to post your problems in the Tech Support Forum here: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forums/hearts-of-iron-4-tech-support.952/

That forum is where Paradox tech people will see it and respond to it. This forum is not monitored by PDX people regularly like the Tech Support one is.

Be prepared to supply them with a proper report - platform, system, game & launcher versions, logs, and screen shots to help them help you.
