Launching Problem via Paradox Launcher

Hi
With the arrival of the new "Paradox Launcher" and new patch 1.29 I am having troubles to start the game. It stucks at the loading screen. I don't have any knowledge about the "Paradox Launcher" so I couldn't figure it out myself and I couldn't find any articles about it.(Actually I found 1 and it was saying to delete some saved files from documents id didn't work anyway).
Anyone have any ideas?

Please do a full **clean** re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-EU4
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/EU4 AND Documents/Paradox/EU4 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add EU4.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam EU4 or Documents EU4 locations, before installing again.

OK. I solved the problem.
I changed the resolution configuration to Borderless Fullscreen to Fullscreen.
Mods can lock this up

BUT this time banners are unable to see

Do you have a Mac or PC? Cause I'm having the same issue but I have a(n) (i)Mac.

I have PC.. I solved it by changing display setting as I edited my post above. But Country banners are unvisible(black)
