Launching Issues

Hello,
I am having an issue. Whenever I start up Hearts Of Iron IV, the game does not load in properly, and I can't see it. When I click on the Hearts Of Iron IV icon, it brings me to the game, but it is completely frozen. When I tab out again, and then in, it is frozen at a different spot. In more simple terms, whenever I tab into the game, it is completely frozen. Does anybody have any idea why this might be happening? I have tried a fresh installation but it has not fixed the issue.

I haven't experienced anything like that, so unfortunately, the best I can do is suggest that you post the question in the tech support forum. Paradox has people there that are experienced in such issues.

(If you can't see the tech support forum, you need to register your game with the Paradox forum. This link isn't quite the right page (I never can find that one...) but it should get your Paradox and Steam accounts connected and synced.)
