Launcher problems.

I do not know if there were similar topics here or if there was a special topic, I did not find.
I have a problem with the launcher. When you start the launcher, it starts working as usual, the "Play" and "Continue" buttons appear and ... then the launcher breaks down, it becomes a one-color frame. What can be done to fix this?

The launcher problems often are anti-virus, permission things, the Techs seem to know their stuff.
You probably can figure it out from just reading some of the other strings there.

No, I think this is not an antivirus. I now found a launcher-installer in the game files. I delite the launcher and installed it again. And it worked. Strange, the game received a new launcher a long time ago, but the problem arose only now.
