This is a recent thing for me. I have looked at the OLDER threads for this and they either do not apply or the fixes involved do NOT fix the issue. With the new launcher update my game will not actually load the mods that are enabled AND it will NEVER go into 1080 mode in settings. Basically it does NOT actually apply any changes. This is a bug but I am trying to figure out if anyone has managed a way around it, or if this seems to be particular to me only
