Launcher not showing dlc/mod list

I've had this problem after I reinstalled Crusader Kings II after a long drought of not playing, anyways on the launcher the dlc nor mod list appears; yes I have tried verifying the cache and reinstalling the game, plus manually reinstalling the dlc's after it did not appear after the re-installation of the game. I have tried to find a solution online, but at this point I'm out of options. Any suggestions that you believe may help would be greatly appreciated.

Do a clean reinstall. Uninstall the game, manually delete the game folder, manually delete the Crusader Kings II folder in My Documents -> Paradox Interactive and reinstall the game. If you want to keep your saves move or copy them from the Crusader Kings II folder in My Documents before you delete it.
