Launcher/Mod Issues

Been a few years since I played Stellaris and decided to give it a go and learn what's new. I've been trying to get some mods working that people have suggested but when I subscribe to them in Steam Workshop, they do not appear in my launcher. I have also unsubscribed from a lot of old mods that don't work anymore and they still remain on the launcher.

I don't have any issues with the EUIV launcher in regards to mods I have subscribed to but this Stellaris launcher is so frustrating. Is there a fix?

Oh yeah the mods not appearing in launcher is a problem I have too. I've tried everything including deleting the entire game and all it's files and reinstalling it, but nothing. I'm not even sure it's a Paradox issue as much as a Steam issue. Steam downloads, especially for the workshop suck really bad.

I would try manually deleting all the relevant mod files under \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod

WARNING THIS DELETE ALL YOUR PLAYSETS SETUP


A easy way to fix Mod problem with the launcher :
(all of this file are on C:\Users\YOURUSER\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris)

• delete the ".launcher-cache" folder
• delete the "launcher-v2.sqlite" file
• delete the file on the "mod" folder

After that load the launcher ones, wait for loading, close and reload
