Doesn't matter now, despite the game in my account settings forcing me to download the paradox launcher under the paradox games section, it's added it's self automatically to my steam.

Just to double check, you are logging into the launcher using the same Paradox account that purchased the game right? Silly question, I know, but I have to ask

Discovered the Launcher yesterday... used my Paradox account login, but i only have the last game i bought on the Paradox shop on it... it won't recognised any of the other games i've bought on your store.
@pevergreen instead of just disagreeing would you then mind telling me what this launcher is? Because it obviously isn't one of the game launchers.

Sounds good. What does it do though? A quick way to launch PI games? (And is the download button supposed to just log you out? Seems like not being WAD.)
@TinyWiking , is Stellaris the only game i can get to appear on tthe Launcher despite the fact i bought other games on the Paradox shop ?
From one day to another, save games become unaccessible because DLC Conclave is claimed to be required (while I have it in my library for over a year and obviously had started the respective game time line leading to that save game much later).
Installation has been checked by steam and not found to be faulty. Conclave and all the others show up in my list of possessions.
Switching on and off mods does not help.

I find here this hint about the launcher and will try this out.
Still, someone should have a look in how this is possible to happen and seek a remedy, as not everyone may find this work-around here (if it is one).

Paradox Launcher seems to have solved my issue. I could load the save game in question again.
Still wondering how 'Conclave' suddenly could become invisible to the requirement test of DLCs when being presented the save game list.

Sorry to report the issue resurfaced in some later session. And *now* starting over the launcher does not do the miracle of a word-around anymore.
Noticed for some idiotic reason conclave DLC isn't shown in the key activate list (as 8 others among 39, including monks and mystics), while it is in my steam library.
As my save games are not accessible for "requiring conclave" I think here the problem is. However, I am not going to buy conclave or any other DLC a second time for a try to bring it into the key list. I expect this to get solved in another way.
