Some trade deals to get money for canceling non agression pacts and to boost relationships with Germany.

I am considering Alliance with Germany, BUT only for short moment - when/if Iwill invade Sweden.

Some minister are changed

Alliance with Germany is possible, but question is, do we really need it ? Of course some offensive actions is planned, BUT only to unite evil dictators controlled countries under our flag.

With sorrow in our hearts we must declare war on our brother nations, but choice isn't done in one moment, our government long time is watching how Lithuania is moving towards dictatorship and battle plan "South dawn" is made

And used.

Victory is swift, and "Latgales divīzija" is on their way to capital and only VP province of Lithuania - Kaunas.

Lithuania make their move and take Jelgavu, but our brave forces defeat them.

Only few hours after that we take control over Lithuania and annex them, only few rebels continue fight against our army.

Our brave spy have told about treacherous plan of our long lasting allies ! They secretly have hold talks to Germany, they are stupidly hoping that in case of Soviet DoW Germany will come and help them, even more ! We knew that in case of Germany DoW they will not help us ! We don't need such alliance ! And we don't need such neighbor ! WAR !

Our suspect was right ! Estonia have gathered their army to our border, so weakening their defense against Soviets. But one division, even Estonian can't stop our overwhelming forces.

Estonia have tried to outflank us and with sneaky move take our capital - beautiful city of Riga

Now they is who's capital is under attack, despite heavy snow our forces march into Tallinn and at last unite all three countries under our red-white-red flag

U are doing right thing. Now i am playing as Lithuania. I advise to dow Danmark, later liberate Iceland and give them Greenland ( worthless territories and no IC, no manpower, no resources + belligerence lowered. Later release Iceland - that lowers belligerence. Then mayby it is possible to unite lands of Scandinavia. I first dowed Norway.

I had quite similar battle plan, obviously all Scandinavia countries is possible targets but Denmark is best in army/IC ratio, only thing that makes me watchfully is their navy, but I am sure that I will figure out something.

Finland independence is guaranteed by Germany so with heavy heart we must conclude alliance with them to avoid Germany DoW.

Damn I don't wanted to conclude alliance with Third Reich, but if you can't defeat them, ally with them.

This battle plan was made by optimistic Ulmanis our generals weren't happy because Ulmanis wanted simply push Finns into Bering sea, so we had to cheat and lie un make better plan who was updated during war, so her it is.

Now speed is very important.

Since there seem to be a lot of Latvian HOI players ITT, I wonder if anyone knows of a way to modify the way provice names are displayed on the map. I mean, come on, calling Kurland Mazirbe (of all places) and misspelling Daugavpils like that is kind of disappointing. Dagaupulis. Ewww.

Also, can we get a screenshot of your IC/TC situation?

nolf - You are absolutely right, hate how Daugavpils are defaced, about Mazirbe, I don't know why they have chosen Mazirbe, instead of Liepaja (as in HoI 1)- third biggest Latvia city, biggest war harbor and special docks for submarines
